WINGATE, N.C. – Augusta wrapped up its 2025 cross country season with a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional on Saturday morning, hosted by Wingate University in Wingate, N.C. Nasrudin Mohamed led the Jaguars with a 15th-place finish to earn an individual berth to the NCAA Division II National Championship.

Mohamed covered the 10K course in 32:08.85, qualifying as one of the top two individuals not on a team advancing to nationals.
Oscar Curry placed 24th in 32:43.35, while Caleb Darsey finished 26th in 32:57.79. Eli Corn crossed the line in 33:10.75 for 31st, and Andrew Helfers closed out Augusta's scoring five in 36th with a time of 33:19.51.
Rounding out the lineup were Jackson Musto (33:52.10, 45th) and Francisco Palacios (35:44.34, 98th).
The Jaguars' fifth-place finish followed a runner-up performance at the Peach Belt Conference Championships. Mohamed will represent Augusta at the NCAA Division II National Championship on Saturday, Nov. 22, in Kenosha, Wis.
