AUGUSTA, GA - Augusta University Athletics announced that Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED has donated a new state-of-the-art baseball scoreboard for Jaguar Field. The new scoreboard, paired with an additional gift from Coca-Cola UNITED, will not only improve the experience of student-athletes but also improve the fan experience at Jaguar Field.

"Their support of a new baseball scoreboard and additional gift will have a monumental impact on everyone associated with Augusta Athletics.  Coca-Cola UNITED's support for AU over the years has been unwavering and our program takes great pride in promoting a brand that means so much to all of us.  We can't thank Jack and Coca-Cola UNITED enough for all they have done, and will continue to do, to ensure Jaguar Athletics has a bright future ahead."

The new Electromech scoreboard will be 36 feet long and feature an 18-foot by 10-foot LED video display capable of showing varying content. This content can be any combination of live video, instant replays, statistics and game information, graphics and animations, or sponsorship messaging.
 
Coming after the installation of lights and a new softball scoreboard, the addition of the baseball scoreboard marks the next step in a complete overhaul of outdoor program facilities at Augusta. Future enhancements include baseball and softball locker room facilities, seating for both fields, renovated dugouts, and the construction of press boxes.
