The 2025 season delivered several program-defining milestones for Augusta University volleyball, highlighted by a Peach Belt Conference regular-season co-championship, multiple major conference awards, four All-Conference selections, and the program's eighth NCAA Tournament appearance.
Jaguars Secure Share of PBC Regular-Season Title
Augusta clinched a share of the Peach Belt Conference championship with a straight-set sweep of rival USC Aiken, finishing the regular season 24–7 and 12–3 in league play. The Jaguars hit efficiently throughout and controlled the match end to end, securing their third PBC regular-season title in four seasons.Â
Lauren Nelson and Layne Witherspoon paced the offense, while setter Sydney Harrington and libero Giulia Rodrigues anchored Augusta's serve-receive and defensive systems. Strong serving created separation in each set and helped the Jaguars maintain control throughout.
