AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University cross country teams have released the 2025 schedule, as announced by head coach Jacob Burgamy.
The Jaguars will open the season at the Converse Kick Off on September 5 in Spartanburg, S.C. A week later, Augusta will travel to Charlotte, N.C. for the Queen City Invitational on September 12.
On September 26, the Jaguars head to Milledgeville, Ga. for the Bobcat Invitational hosted by Georgia College and State University. The regular season continues in Charlotte, N.C. on October 10 at the Royals Challenge, before the Peach Belt Conference Championships on October 25 in Milledgeville, Ga.
Postseason competition begins with the NCAA Southeast Regional on November 8 in Wingate, N.C. Should they advance, the Jaguars will conclude their season at the NCAA Division II National Championships on November 22 in Kenosha, Wis.
"We'll shake some rust off at Converse to open up, then the following weekend head up to Charlotte for our first big test on a fast course at Queen City Invite," said Head Coach Jacob Burgamy. "After that we'll head over to GCSU to preview the PBCs championship course since very few people on our team have seen it before. Then wrap up the regular season back in Charlotte for what should be a very fast and competitive race at Royals. This should prepare us well headed into the conference and regional championship meets to hopefully bring home some conference trophies and get our teams back to the national stage in Wisconsin in late November."
The Jaguar men enter 2025 seeking their seventh consecutive Peach Belt Conference Championship and 10th overall in program history.
