Anderson, S.C. -
Ryan Patrick had three hits, a homer and two runs batted in, but it would not be enough as Anderson knocked off Augusta 4-3 Tuesday in Anderson. The Jaguars are now 3-4 on the year while the Trojans improve to 8-0.
Anderson scored two runs in the first and another in the second inning to grab an early 3-0 lead.
The Jaguars would score their first run in the third.

Ty McClintock would start the inning with three straight singles.
Nolan Turner would deliver a sacrifice fly plating the first run of the game.Â
It would stay that way until the seventh when Patrick would connect on his first homer of the year.Â
Down 4-2 in the ninth, the Jaguars made it interesting.Â
Duncan Staniszewski came through with a pinch hit triple and would score on a Patrick single to make it a 4-3 ballgame. The Jags would not be able to push across the tying run.
