Cincinnati, Oh. - The Augusta men's golf team finished at 3-under-par as a team, good enough for a fifth place finish at the Bearcat Invitational hosted by Cincinnati. Liberty won the team event by three shots over TCU with Cincinnati coming in third.
On the individual front,
Pascal Gunther was the low Jag for the day and
Pieter Rossouw Jr. was the low Augusta golfer for the tournament. Rossouw finished in a tie for 14th.

Gunther shot a 1-under-par 70 on Tuesday in a round that featured five birdies and four bogeys.
Rossouw wrapped up play with a 73. He did make four birdies in the round.
Chapman Barnett finished strong with an even-par 71. He had four birdies and four bogeys.
Andries van der Vyver finished the day with three birdies and shot 73.
The non-counting team score went to
Nicholas van der Vyver, who shot 78.
Competing as an individual,
Josh Daniels was 2-over-par on Tuesday.
Augusta will next be in action at the Fighting Irish Classic hosted by Notre Dame Oct. 4-5 in South Bend, In.
