Augusta, GA – With the win over Clayton State to close the Peach Belt Conference Regular Season, the #10 Augusta University men's basketball team become the 2021-22 Regular Season Champions. The Jags finish the regular season with a 25-3 overall record. The Jags finish 15-3 inside conference play. With no ties for standing in the PBC, AU holds the top spot singularly.
For the first round of the Peach Belt Conference Tournament, Augusta is slated to host the No. 8 seeded Georgia Southwestern in Christenberry Fieldhouse on Tuesday at 7pm. A win in that game would secure Augusta as the host site for the semi-final and final games March 4-5.

Dip Metress' seventh regular season title with Augusta.
