AUGUSTA, Ga -The Augusta University men's cross country team is on the hunt for its fifth consecutive Peach Belt Conference Championship. The Jaguars will compete in the 2023 Peach Belt Conference men's Cross Country Championship on Saturday, Oct. 21 in Oakwood, Ga. This year's event is hosted by the University of North Georgia on the UNG Cross Country Course located on UNG's Gainesville Campus.

Augusta currently holds seven PBC titles, garnering five in the last six seasons. The string of titles is the longest since Columbus State won five in a row from 2006-10. The 2022 cross country season culminated in a trip to the NCAA National Championships in Seattle. Ranked second in the region and 19
th in the country, the Jags look to make a repeat trip to the national championships.
