AUGUSTA, GA - Augusta women's volleyball senior
Jazmyn Wheeler has been named the PBC Playe of the Week for the second time this season. The reigning PBC Player of the Year led the Jags to two conference wins last week. Augusta is scheduled to play Georgia College at home on Tuesday night at 6:00 pm.
Player of the Week - Jazmyn Wheeler, Augusta (Sr., OH, Phoenix, Ariz.)
- Averaged 4.71 kills and 4.33 digs per set while hitting .346 as the Jaguars went 2-0 on the week
- Had 19 kills and 16 digs with no attack errors in a 3-1 win over USC Aiken, followed that with 14 kills and 13 digs in a sweep of Flagler
- Ranked second in the PBC in kills per set, fourth in hitting percentage and seventh in digs per set
