LOUISVILLE, KY – The Augusta University Men's Cross Country team delivered a strong performance at the Louisville Classic, hosted by the University of Louisville on Saturday. Racing against several Division I and Division II teams, Augusta placed 8th overall with standout individual efforts.
LOUISVILLE CLASSIC RESULTS
Senior Avery Jaynes was the top Division II finisher, placing 5th overall with an impressive time of 24:02.8 in the 8k race. Jordan Robertson followed, finishing 30th with a time of 24:29.5, while Brandon Martin crossed the line in 55th place with a time of 24:52.3. Ani Tesfaye posted a time of 25:04.8 to finish 76th, and Tripp Miller completed the race in 85th with a time of 25:11.0.
Nasrudin Mohamed finished 90th with a time of 25:13.6, followed by Patrick Motes in 95th place at 25:17.2. Andrew Todd completed the race in 108th place with a time of 25:28.1, while Thomas Rischar and Matthew Moore rounded out Augusta's team, finishing 135th and 139th, with times of 25:42.9 and 25:44.9, respectively.
