AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University men's coach Dip Metress has announced the signing of freshman Luis Nonfon to the 2024-25 Jaguar squad.

Nationality / Previous Team: German / NBBL Ludwisburg

"We are elated that Luis has signed with us," said Metress. "When watching a game there were a few "wow" plays which reminded me of other impact players at Augusta during my tenure. His physicality and athleticism around the basket should have immediate dividends as he enters his career."
 
Nonfon was a member of the U18 German National Team. While playing for NBBL Ludwigsburg this past season, he averaged 9.8 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per game.
