Jaguar women's tennis unveils 2025 slate

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University women's tennis has released the Jaguars' 2025 spring schedule. 

The season opens on Sunday, February 2, as the Jaguars travel to Columbia, South Carolina, to face Benedict. Augusta will then return home for two matches, starting with Erskine on Tuesday, February 4, followed by Francis Marion on Monday, February 10. AU then travels to Coker on Wednesday, February 12.

The Jaguars return to Newman Tennis Center on Tuesday, February 18, against Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and on Wednesday, February 19, against Converse University. A neutral-site match against Kingsville University in Milledgeville, Georgia, follows on Thursday, February 20. Augusta closes out February with a match at home against Clark Atlanta University and a doubleheader against Belmont Abbey on Sunday, February 23, and Tuesday, February 25.

March brings a mix of non-conference and Peach Belt Conference (PBC) play. Augusta starts the month hosting the University of North Georgia on Sunday, March 2, before welcoming Lenoir-Rhyne on Wednesday, March 5. The Jaguars then hit the road to Milledgeville, Georgia, to face Georgia College on Tuesday, March 11. They return home to take on Auburn University of Montgomery on Saturday, March 15.

Conference play intensifies towards the later part of the season. After AU plays against Columbus State University (March 23, away), Middle Georgia State University (March 26, home), and the University of Montevallo (March 27, home). The Jaguars close out March hosting Georgia Southwestern State University on Saturday, March 29. In April, Augusta will host Lander on Wednesday, April 2, before traveling to St. Augustine, Florida, to play Flagler  on Thursday, April 17. The season culminates at the Peach Belt Conference Championships, scheduled to begin Friday, April 25, in Columbus, Georgia.
