AUGUSTA, Ga. - The Peach Belt Conference baseball tournament field is now set and Augusta will square off with North Georgia at 11 a.m. Friday, May 2 in Dahlonega, Ga. to start off the double-elimination tournament. The Nighthawks are the top seed with the Jaguars the eight seed. While UNG beat Augusta three times in the regular season, the Jaguars are coming off a series win against Flagler where they won two of the three games to build some momentum for the tournament.

North Georgia is hosting the #1, #4, #5 and #8 seeded teams while Lander will host the other four teams that make up the complete bracket. 

Following the game against North Georgia, Augusta will meet up with either Columbus State or Georgia Southwestern.
