NEW ORLEANS, La. – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its 2025 NCAA Division II All-Academic Teams on Monday, with both the Augusta University men's and women's track & field programs receiving recognition for their success in the classroom.
To qualify as an All-Academic Team, programs must achieve a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher for all student-athletes listed on their NCAA Squad List for either the indoor and/or outdoor season. The GPA is calculated based on the institution's academic scale and must be verified by the registrar.
In addition to the team honors, two Jaguars earned individual All-Academic recognition: All-American Avery Jaynes from the men's team and Josalyn Branch from the women's team were named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic list for their academic and athletic accomplishments during the 2025 season.
To qualify individually, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 and have achieved a provisional or automatic qualifying mark for the NCAA Championships during the indoor or outdoor season.
