MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Augusta men's cross country team dominated the Bobcat Invitational on Friday morning, taking the team championship with 28 points and placing five runners in the top 10. Senior Nasrudin Mohamed claimed the individual win, covering the 8K in 25:44.36.
Results
Mohamed was followed closely by Oscar Curry in third (26:21.99), Jackson Musto in seventh (26:41.22), Eli Corn in eighth (26:47.41), and Andrew Helfers in ninth (26:48.96) to secure the Jaguars' low team score.
Luke Brand (27:17.41) and Connor Mumford (27:17.94) were Augusta's displacers, finishing just outside the scoring five. Other competitors included DJ Oakes (27:18.43), Sam Segrist (28:00.24), Carter Dehnke (28:03.34), Shahzeb Rashid (28:09.69), Seth Eye (28:11.05), Benjamin Hall (28:21.36), Noah Shepherd (28:28.07), Barrett Stepp (29:10.23), Landon Amos (29:28.76), and Evans McDaniel (33:30.98).

The Jaguars posted a total team time of 2:12:23.93 with an average of 26:28 and a scoring spread of just over one minute.
