Augusta, Ga. - Augusta's track & field teams competed in their inaugural indoor season and set many conference marks along the way. 

Both the men and women had historic seasons that culminated with eight All-Peach Belt Conference performances. 

Gabrielle Jourdain and Madison Thomas won the 5,000 and 3,000 meter races respectively in the Peach Belt Conference Championship. For the men, Seth Eye, Avery Jaynes and the 4X400 meter relay team captured the Peach Belt Conference Championship titles. 
 
Jaynes and the 4X400 relay team of Gabriel Carson, Charles Roberts, Roberto Barrera and Dorian Chance also set all-time conference records. 

Overall, the men finished second and the women third in the PBC championship. 

Jourdain was named the conference freshman track athlete of the year for the women with Cameron Wade being named freshman field athlete of the year.  
 

Augusta competed in nine meets over the course of the season and broke several conference records in the truly historic season.
