RALEIGH, N.C. – Augusta senior Emily McBride represented the Jaguars at the prestigious Raleigh Relays hosted by NC State, competing in the 3000-meter steeplechase on Friday.
McBride competed in the 3000-meter steeplechase, placing fourth in her section and 32nd overall across all sections at the Raleigh Relays. Her time of 10:45.74 hit the NCAA Division II provisional standard and, after all weekend results were posted, currently ranks fourth nationally. The mark also stands as a personal best and continues to solidify her position among Division II's top steeplechasers.
Augusta will return to action April 4-5 at the Electric City Invitational hosted by Anderson University.
