Kaylynn Scaffe has been named the PBC Softball Freshman of the Week
Freshman - Kaylynn Scaffe, Augusta (Fr., SS, Social Circle, Ga.)
- Hit .368 in six games last week with five doubles and seven RBIs...had a .632 slugging percentage with three runs scored
- Went 2-for-3 in the opener against Tusculum with a double...was 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs in a win over Lenoir-Rhyne...also had two RBIs in the second game against Tusculum
- Has now hit safely in six of her last seven games, hitting .391 over that stretch...the five doubles are the first of her collegiate career and she is now tied for sixth in the PBC in doubles
